Format:
Coaching is different to mentorship and or therapy. In coaching you set the agenda, this may be a conscious or unconscious process where I will give you the space and time to explore your thoughts more deeply through conversation and skilled questioning. Throughout the conversation I’ll support you through clarifying what I am hearing, asking open questions, and when you are ready help you to explore options. Coaching is very much about looking forward and working together to identify goals and actionable next steps.

Format:
An executive coaching session typically follows a structured yet flexible format designed to meet the specific needs of the client. The coach and client explore key areas of focus, such as leadership development, decision-making, communication skills, or a specific challenge often using a mix of reflective questioning, goal-setting, and strategic thinking. The session is highly collaborative, with the coach providing guidance, feedback, and actionable insights. It concludes with defining clear next steps or action plans, ensuring accountability and continued progress toward the client's professional and personal goals.
Where:
Sessions typically take place over google meet or at a place of work, if space is made available. I am based in East Hertfordshire and operate mainly in London, Cambridge and home counties areas, although I would be happy to travel further with prior arrangement.
Cost and Commitment:
For individual 1:1 calls I offer a free consultation of 15 minutes. If you like working together I offer packs of sessions (10 for £1,500, 5 for £875, 3 for £570 or individual sessions at £200, all of which can be taken up within a 12 month period). For in-person sessions or corporate bookings a quote will be provided and will be priced based on additional travel time and expense. Format:
Typically I work with businesses on a project by project basis. Recent examples have been leading and preparing companies for a capital raise, working on a business development strategy, advisory roles in fast growth start-ups, people strategies and commercial strategies.
Cost and Commitment:
A project scope will be prepared for agreement ahead of engagement. Projects typically last from a few weeks to 6 months.
